Arnold Byun

A hospitality graduate from New York University and a restaurant professional with a podcast ― With Warm Welcome, welcoming the makers behind the most beloved restaurants.

Today, you can find him running the door as Maitre D’ at Atomix, a Korean fine-dining restaurant. It’s a few blocks north from Eleven Madison Park, where he spent a stint serving in the dining room and expediting in the kitchen.

Previously, he was an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Chef David Bouley’s eponymous Bouley restaurant in TriBeCa and opened Cecconi’s DUMBO as Food & Beverage Manager for international brand Soho House.
