Arnold Byun

A hospitality graduate from New York University and a restaurant professional with a podcast ― With Warm Welcome, welcoming the makers behind the most beloved restaurants in NYC.

Today, you can find him running the door at Atomix, a Michelin-starred Korean fine-dining restaurant in New York City. It’s a few blocks north from Eleven Madison Park, where he spent a stint serving in the dining room and expediting in the kitchen.

Previously, an assistant restaurant manager at Chef David Bouley’s eponymous Bouley in TriBeCa and opened Cecconi’s in DUMBO, Brooklyn as Food & Beverage Manager for global membership brand Soho House.
