Arnold Byun

A New York University hospitality management graduate and a restaurant professional with a podcast ― With Warm Welcome, welcoming the makers behind the most beloved restaurants.

Arnold is Maitre D’ at Atomix, a Korean fine-dining restaurant. It’s a few blocks north from Eleven Madison Park, where he spent a stint serving in the dining room and expediting food in the kitchen.

Previously, he was the Assistant Restaurant Manager at chef David Bouley’s eponymous restaurant and opened Cecconi’s as the Food & Beverage Manager for Soho House.
